Operational terms for using GMIIE intelligence surfaces at xxxiii.io and affiliated official domains. This is not legal advice; consult qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.

1. No investment, legal, or fiduciary relationship

GMIIE (Global Monetary Infrastructure Intelligence Engine), published by FTH Trading LLC and related entities, provides editorial intelligence, quantitative models, and educational material derived from public sources. Nothing on xxxiii.io, blockchainfraud.org, nil33.com, or official GMIIE APIs constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, or financial product.

GMIIE does not owe you a fiduciary duty. Use of this site does not create an advisor–client, broker–customer, or attorney–client relationship. You are solely responsible for your decisions and due diligence.

2. Permitted uses

• Personal and institutional research with attribution (see Use of GMIIE Intelligence).
• Editorial citation of published readings, formulas at high level, and Oracle consensus percentages with link-back to xxxiii.io.
• Verification of official outputs via IPFS CIDs and public JSON endpoints documented on Authenticity.
• Non-commercial academic or press use with proper attribution.

3. Prohibited uses

• Representing GMIIE scores (NIG, PCS, ring scores, desk outputs) as guaranteed forecasts or trade signals without independent validation.
• Scraping or mirroring the site at scale without permission; bypassing rate limits, x402 gates, or access controls on commercial API tiers.
• White-labeling GMIIE intelligence, dashboards, or branding without a written license.
• Impersonating GMIIE, FTH, or official domains (including unofficial *.workers.dev or personal subdomains not listed on Authenticity).
• Reverse-engineering proprietary weightings, scraper logic, or unpublished model parameters beyond what is disclosed in Methodology.

4. Data and API

Public JSON endpoints (/api/gmiie/live/*, /api/ipfs/latest, /data/gmiie-engine-snapshot.json) are provided as-is. Live market ticks where shown are sourced from third-party feeds (e.g. CoinGecko/Coinbase) and may lag. Ring scores and NIG are editorial snapshots refreshed on a documented cycle unless labeled otherwise.

Commercial API use, bulk redistribution, and embedding in paid products require permission. Contact intelligence@xxxiii.io.

5. Attribution

When citing GMIIE intelligence in articles, research, or social posts, use the format specified in Use of GMIIE Intelligence and link to the canonical URL on https://xxxiii.io.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks (pending / in use): GMIIE, GMIIE Pulse, NIG (Normalized Intelligence Grade), and related desk names. Third-party names (IMF, WEF, WBG, etc.) are used descriptively for comparative analysis; GMIIE is not affiliated with those institutions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMIIE and FTH disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on published intelligence, model error, data delay, or third-party impersonation. Verify authenticity before acting on high-stakes decisions.
