Human-Governed Autonomous Publishing

Editorial rule: AI-assisted content cannot auto-publish. A responsible editor must sign off before approval. Attribution badges are mandatory — Human, Human + AI, or AI with Human Oversight.
Epistemology rule: Submissions are auto-tagged mathematical_cryptographic (AI / hybrid AI draft) vs human_experiential (human-only opinion and lived experience allowed). Hybrid workflows use hybrid_disclosed. The validation engine rejects AI-class drafts with unsourced opinion or policy language — signals and citations only. Anything that reads as opinion or policy recommendation requires human sign-off. See How GMIIE Knows.

Seven layers

Layer 1

Identity

Human analysts, section editors, named AI personas, and institutional partners each have roles and permissions. Contributor applications enter a review queue before bylines are issued.

Layer 2

Attribution

Submissions are classified automatically: human-only, human + AI, or AI with editorial oversight. Model names and responsible editors are disclosed on every piece.

Layer 3

Editorial Workflow

Draft → validate (attribution + epistemology_class + opinion heuristic) → review → approve → publish. AI output with unsourced opinion markers fails validation. Nothing reaches readers without passing the workflow.

Layer 4

Protection & Provenance

SHA-256 digest, timestamp, content manifest, IPFS anchor where available, and LPS-1 registration ID on published intelligence. Verify on Authenticity.

Layer 5

Billing & Commerce

Public readers get selected coverage free. Members unlock full reports and audio. Institutions contract for API access. Machines pay per call on metered endpoints.

Layer 6

Contributor Payouts

Revenue share is contractual compensation for editorial output — recorded in an audit ledger when work publishes. This is not equity and not a token dividend. Payment rails connect when legal review completes.

Layer 7

Partner Syndication

Institutional partners may receive white-label feeds with attribution requirements enforced. Syndication rights are separate from company ownership and member access tiers.
